Digital Investigations (OSINT) Investigations Workshop for Syrians (Berlin)
We are looking for young digitally native Syrians based in the EU who are interested in open source tools and investigative journalism to apply to join an in-person four-day workshop in Berlin in 2025.
The workshop is organized by the Syrian investigative journalism unit SIRAJ and the cross-border investigative newsroom Lighthouse Reports. The workshop will combine training, practical exercises and Q&As with expert guest speakers. Trainers will cover social media investigations, analyzing satellite imagery and plane and ship tracking, amongst other topics.
