He is a trusted source in several impactful investigations and reports issued by Syrian and international organizations, especially the Syrian Network for Human Rights and Amnesty International. He has also contributed to prestigious media outlets such as the BBC and the Los Angeles Times.
Moreover, Al-Skaff is an accredited source for the United Nations’ International, Impartial and Independent Mechanism (IIIM), which is responsible for assisting in the investigation and prosecution of individuals responsible for the most serious crimes under international law, committed in Syria since March 2011.
