Dominika Spyratou is Programs Manager at SIRAJ, where she designs and manages projects, manages relationships with donors and leads the organisation’s fundraising efforts.
Dominika has more than 10 years of project management experience in the non-profit sector and in supporting non-profit organisations in developing strategies and projects. She is also experienced in conducting advocacy and research and has a deep understanding of and experience across a range of topics including migration, the rule of law, civil society and human security. Prior to joining SIRAJ, Dominika has worked for various organisations in Europe and the USA including the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the International Rescue Committee, the Institute for State Effectiveness, Uplift Afghanistan Fund and more. Between 2008-2016 she worked at the Civil Society and Human Security Research Unit at the London School of Economics and Political Science where she managed research and dialogue projects aiming to understand conflict and violence and bridge the gap between citizens and policymakers.
Dominika holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Arts in Balkan Studies from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
